Our Nursing team specializes in home infusion, in 2016 Healing home Healthcare obtained the CHAP Home Health accreditation and in 2020, the agency obtained the CHAP Home infusion therapy accreditation. Healing Home Healthcare nurses will make sure to support their patients during the whole process, to train them and their caregivers to self-administrate the medication and to educate them on the side effects and goals of the therapy. Our nurses will also provide follow up visits to make sure the infusion site is well taken care of, and the dressings are changed periodically.
